Congratulations To Number 400,000!
A FLURRY of confetti and balloons greeted Ron Bartnikowski and his wife, Mary, as he became the 400,000th person to register at the Reiman Publications Visitor Center in Greendale, Wisconsin.
Ron was the latest winner in an ongoing contest that adds a little more fun to our guests’ visits while helping our staff keep track of the number of people who come through our doors.
Ray, a retired air-traffic controller, and Mary hail from Midland, Michigan. Frequent travelers, the couple stopped in Greendale during a 30-day trip to Nevada, Colorado and Wisconsin to visit children and grandchildren (they have eight children and 12 grandchildren).
As you may have guessed, Ray’s favorite Reiman magazine is Country Discoveries, which they refer to frequently while out on the open road.
Ron and Mary received a $400 gift certificate for Taste of Home’s Outlet Store or Country Store, a gift bag filled with items from stores in historic Greendale and a gift certificate for Heinemann’s restaurant across the street from the Visitor Center.
Who will be the 500,000th visitor? Only time will tell!
